Because of the high volume of spambots and low number of actual people who try to register, user registration is disabled. It is still possible to sign up by having an admin create the account manually. You can reach me by the following means:

<s>It's pretty sad that we have to take these measures, but with the influx of spambots taking advantage of guest posting rights in this forum, we have no better choice. So, guests are allowed to reply to topics, but not start them on their own. Naturally, they have to have a topic to reply to, so here it is.
There's no real criteria for getting your account approved, just go through the registration, process using the Register link at the top in the black bar, then make a reply in this topic. Make sure it's obvious what your account name is, as we generally get about <s>25-50</s> <font color="red">300</font> spambots trying to register every day. Your account will most likely be approved within minutes of it being noticed by an administrator, but keep in mind that we only have three people with the ability to approve new registrations. If you feel like you need a speed-registration, you can send me an IM (info in my profile).
Sorry to have to put anyone to extra trouble just to register, but it's not something we can easily control.</s>
